This team's mission is to accelerate SandboxAQ’s mission of “Deep Impact at Scale," with a focus on quantitative AI and rapid prototyping. As a Lead User Experience Researcher on this team, you will play a critical role in identifying customer needs and shaping the user experience of novel AI-driven products and prototypes.
Investigate user behavior and needs using qualitative and quantitative methods to guide executive decision-making, focusing on the international experience. Design and conduct foundational and evaluative research to improve the user experience for new and future users of Reddit around the world. The ideal candidate will leverage their research skills to drive product strategy.
You will lead research to support teams working on rider-facing experiences and back-of-house operations. The role involves aligning with stakeholders on research needs, translating insights to influence product decisions, and creating empathy around user needs. The researcher will use qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate end-to-end experiences.
